Abstract

Community development is a multidimensional process that demands effective planning, efficient execution, and sustainable outcomes. In recent decades, the integration of technology with project management has revolutionized how community development initiatives are conceptualized, implemented, and evaluated. This paper examines the critical role of technology and project management frameworks in promoting inclusive and impactful community development. Through detailed analysis, case studies, and structured methodologies, the research identifies how digital tools, stakeholder engagement platforms, and project management strategies have improved efficiency, transparency, and accountability in development projects. A comprehensive questionnaire-based survey highlights perceptions of practitioners on challenges, benefits, and emerging opportunities in technology-enabled project management. The study provides structured data tables to reflect on awareness, barriers, and benefits, offering insights into how local and global initiatives can align technical resources with community needs. The findings conclude that the strategic use of technology and disciplined project management can bridge developmental gaps, ensuring that community initiatives are participatory, scalable, and sustainable.
