Abstract

This study investigates the implications of HR analytics practices on organizational performance in Telangana's pharmaceutical industry. Primary data was collected from 250 HR professionals across pharmaceutical companies in Hyderabad and Genome Valley. Multiple regression analysis revealed that HR analytics adoption (β=0.54, p<0.001), organizational preparedness (β=0.36, p<0.01), and technological readiness (β=0.31, p<0.01) significantly influence HR effectiveness and organizational performance, explaining 71% of variance. Correlation analysis confirmed strong positive relationships between HR analytics and talent acquisition efficiency (r=0.77), employee retention (r=0.72), and performance management (r=0.74). ANOVA results demonstrated that Genome Valley companies with mature analytics achieve 32% faster recruitment, 26% lower turnover, and 24% cost reduction. The findings underscore the strategic importance of data-driven HR practices in Telangana's ₹1,26,450 crore pharmaceutical ecosystem. Organizations adopting comprehensive HR analytics frameworks demonstrate enhanced talent management outcomes and competitive advantage in India's fastest-growing pharmaceutical hub.
